Cancellation Policy

Your reservation may be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before 6:00 p.m. MST (Mountain Standard Time) of your arrival date. Failure to cancel in time will result in a no-show charge to your credit card in the amount of your first night's stay including taxes. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number and keep it for future reference. There will be no refund of your deposit should you fail to timely cancel and the remaining nights of your reservation will also be cancelled. Group cancellations are governed by terms outlined in group agreements.
